Sorry about the chick. Did these come from a big hatchery? They shouldn't have cocci troubles... camping might be right about them getting too cold. That can cause organ damage and there's not much you can do about it. Making sure they are well hydrated is important to give them a chance to heal. Water for them is more important than food.morning all..the baby died..i did all i knew to do for her..i did try the eggs too..i have another one acting funny..i really believe they were sick when i got them..camps chicks are so healthy..no pasty butt and growing like weeds...
