Pam, put the eggs that the air cells are small over by the turner motor. That will help then lose a little faster. The egg marked BEL is the Bielefelder & they are notoriously terrible about losing the desired weight they need to. On day 14 I lightly sanded the top part of the egg with very fine sandpaper. They still struggled with hatching. Least I knew to assist this last time. It was so sad losing so many as I did my first hatch. They would start zipping then die before they finished.

unmarked probably tolbunt. How did it get cracked ?   They just went in a regular egg carton. LOL What about the serama egg ?

It was the egg that was layed behinD the nest box. You struggled to reach it. I think it was cracked by the box. I never noticed the crack. It was very obvious when I candled it.

I think I will only use 2 baskets come hatch. One will be lisa eggs and one camp eggs. It sounds like a fun guessing game. hahaha

ok, I havent needed water yet. Not sure about camps eggs though. If its saddle making it look big then its not really big.

Nope that one was too cracked, didnt want to chance hatching it. The other 2, one is fertile & the other looks clear
