She has a very nice metal kennels and the mother's have little kiddy pools with heat lamps for mom and new pups are first.

I welp in the puppy box or at least try to and always finish there. Abby started welping in the back seat of my car for one litter. And Lu's litter started in my bed.

I prefer to be with mom from start to finish in case something goes wrong. Abby had a pup stuck for quite awhile who became know as Whine Cork.

me as well  unless the mother is sneaky,    I like to make sure the sack is broken open and then trim umbilical cord so there are fewer worries about a herinia .   

I have ha a mother trim it too short and cause a big problem for the puppy.
