Granny's gone and done it again

Ugh. Husband!!!

Oh but if I sell this truck we can pour the pad!

No cause if you sell the truck it's still not enough to cover getting a pad poured and that goes against our terms of getting this big project done aka line of credit is paid off and funds for pad are in savings.

Sigh.

Hubs...why must you drive me bonkers.

Seems simple enough, if you like medium rare, which I do. :drool

Graaaaannnnnnyyyy!!!
Oh rats, I missed you. Wanted to mention it's best to take the meat out of the fridge and let it sit out for awhile to warm up some. Then, when you put it in the skillet, the pan won't cool down so much and ruin your char (where the meat gets that delicious brown crunchy outer yumminess). Also, you don't want to crowd your pan, don't put too much meat in at once, for the same reason. Slows the cooking too much.

Henry showed up. Was scaring the big hens! But that's mostly because he wouldn't come to me so I told the dogs to go harass him and he ran toward the chickens to get away from the dogs. haha! They love messing with that huge scaredy cat.

Giant runt pigeons? Oh why did I get on the pigeon thread?
Isn't that an oxymoron? They were clearly confused when they named those birds. Just like jumbo shrimp, which are awfully delicious!

Well at this stage you are not going to change him, don't really think that is possible anyway. The only person we can change is ourselves.

I took it out. they were very thin ribeyes so 2 min. on each side had it done more then I liked. and hamburgers . Tom ate both, Robert ate hamburger an I ate my steak. cooked them one at a time in the iron skillet and although I got them too salty (not by much) they were fork tender and yummy !

Henry , There was an old lady who swallowed a fly,..... LOL

One strong looking cantaloupe! Then a row of bell peppers, row of carrots, and a row of marigolds. The carrots and bell peppers were not there this morning. I took off the lid and they sprang forth!

Fourth row down is heirloom purple radishes, then a single sunflower. This tray was soggy, so I drained off some water.
