Dang, I missed the part about you falling. Every time I went to look at a pm and come back, it put me on the wrong page. Never done that before, and I didn't catch it until what must have been the 3rd time. Hate tearing a nail... did it bleed? I potato peeled half of my thumb nail off when I was a kid. Mom got mad! I was bleeding like crazy and she said what the hell-o did you do that for? Haha. Think it scared her. I became the slowest carefulest potato peeler in the world after that!

Dog shouldn't be allowed to run like that. Very inconsiderate. and dangerous. If you had to take pup to the vet because he got hurt, neighbor should have to pay.
