flip your brooder upside down ! LOLMy husband could not believe i was putting a light in for heat. I said they need to be hot, they are babies without a mama. If they are hot they can move away from the light. My brooder is completely enclosed except for the wire bottom.

they are looking good actually the WHOLE group is looking good so far. Yes solid white and so far I only see one possible rooster in the 70 chicks I ordered and that's an Australorp. Spikes brother.How are those doing ? Are they snowy white ?
