Ugh. Prednisone is a nasty nasty drug. Yes, necessary evil but oi. The side effects...

First load of laundry in. Once that gets flipped to the drier, it's into the shower for me and then down the hill for some errands. And grabbing of my paycheck. Going to stop by home depot too to get some stuffs for my garden bed behind the coop...depending on how the weather acts today I may get ambitious outside. Also need to plant my cape honeysuckle in the coop area but...while it's gotten bigger since I've gotten it, it's not big enough to not get destroyed by chickens. May need hubs' help moving some chicken wire over for fencing....still have a great big panel from the old coop'n'run that'll do fantastic for that.

Me too, wishing, but i sleep all night when i take Aleve pm. U should try it.

Just looked it up, the sleep aide is diphenhydramine. Had that in Nyquil type stuff and Tylenol pm, and it only works for me for 4 hrs, then I jolt awake and I am UP. Big time UP. Hubs has the same problem. Melatonin worked pretty good, but I didn't feel good the next day. I need to give it another chance. All these studies have been coming out saying how damaging lack of sleep is. I can believe it!

Wishing, when I was younger without health problems an aspirin helped me sleep. Maybe a smaller dose of melatonin ?

Not me twist. I want socks for hunting if we actually ever do have winter here.

History: Like several other sex linked breeds, Cinnamon Queen Chickens were developed to meet the needs of modern flock keepers. Most people keep chickens are looking for excellent egg production, and Cinnamon Queens certainly deliver. Cinnamon Queens are a cross of a Rhode Island Red male and the Rhode Island White female.

They are also sexable upon hatching. If you live in an area that does not allow roosters, you need to know the sex of your chicks right away. Female Cinnamon Queen chicks are reddish brown and male chicks are white.

Cinnamon Queens will not breed true. In other words, if a male and a female Cinnamon Queen mate, the chicks will not be sexable at birth, nor are they likely to have the same form and coloring as their parents. Besides excellent egg laying capacity, another big advantage to raising hybrid birds is that they tend to be hardier than true breeds.

I would use it if I was a bird. Keep my eggs toasty warm. I betcha rats use it in their nests too! Of course they do!


I don't use it... scared of it!! But now I will be looking to see if it's seasonal here too.

Wishing I've heard those things are jut as good if not better than lighter fluid. I may have to give one a try. Although I'm not sure if it's actually the char or the lighter fluid taste that I like so much lol

I bought /paid for a pork loin last night looked so good. was seasoned already. Bought sides for it and sides for my other meats. Now all I have is sides. LOL mashed for dinner ?

Ok now i understand. As he gets older he is becoming more argumentative & forgetful. It was unpleasant here before he started work. Also he hadn't worked for 18 months & was stressed out about our finances. Anyway

It's tough to not have work. I know myself have struggled with those issue my wife knew I was crazier than usual over not working.
