Good reason to get a written estimate before letting them start. If they don't adjust their bill, tell them they lost a customer, and everyone else who will listen to you. But say that AFTER all you've got all your stuff loaded!I've already disputed it. I told them that they must've been trying to get one over on pearl because I bought the exact part from them a couple weeks ago and I looked up the 2 bolts that they needed . I think they must've forgotten that I bought the part from them before and they didn't put me and pearl together. Oh I'm gonna fix the other one myself. Unless I find someone that's more reasonable.
