Granny's gone and done it again

Never been in the west coast, 22 years ago was at NY, NJ, Chicago and.....Disney world Florida.....
Sounds like it's time for another trip... towering redwoods, Golden Gate? Sound good?

I feed my birds layer after they're feathered out. I know, I know, you're not supposed to---but I don't have sudden deaths in my birds so I don't care what they say about it.
You just helped me make up my mind. My 5 spring pullets are getting moved to the layer coop asap. I've been stalling worrying aboot :D the calcium issue. They will go in there and chow on the layer pellets anyway, so I know they like them. The garage is just too stinky and they are only there at night.

Well Beth's rabies shot is only about 1 year old. And no one has seen a coon this year. Judging from all the dirt/mud/clay that both Beth and Yuri keep showing up with coating their faces. I am thinking maybe a Muskrat they "dug" out of a burrow BUT there is so little water in the "pond" parts of the creek I just can't believe that a muskrat would still be around.
if the water is drying maybe they dig under in the mud ? Sounds right. Hope they learned their lesson

Twist, your "oats" is just look like regular oatmeal ? I know I have asked before . I havent found any. How is this better then me giving them corn ?

NOPE just regular oats untouched. NOT even hulled or screened/cleaned of any other seeds or dead insects.
