Granny's gone and done it again

I planted some pumpkin seeds last week and forgot about them...
They spouted and are already a few inches tall..
I've been working in my garden area, cleaning it up so I can put these pumpkins in the ground.
I've never grown pumpkins before.

It's nice to know what he looks like under all that hair. He looks good, all leg and not overweight. Is he acting any different from it?

I dont like it. Looks like I lost my dog . quite sad over it. Im sure he feels better .
:hugs Shocking, huh? Don't worry, he'll be back... in about 6 months. Maybe next time ask for a puppy cut.

Got the one wall that was a little too tall cut down, and put some more screws in to hold the walls up. Once i check the forecast i may do some painting. Need to pick up more screws and nails, as well as paint tomorrow. Husband said i did an ok job framing it up.
Husband would say that... I bet he was thinking, "Now how can I compliment her without making myself obsolete?"

I did say that . Half his tail is gone. I guess I didnt expect him to look and feel so different. He feels like someone that shaved their legs a week ago. He dont look like my dog at all. He was long haired ever since I got him.
Every time I trim Scooter, it always takes a bit of getting used to. Scoot loves it... spends hours squirming around on his back.

thats what he is doing , squirming and rubbing against the chair then sitting down fast. He is still sleepy too.
I was a little surprised at his thinness I thought he might need to be fattened up some. LOL

my feed scoop holds 5 qts. I used 6 scoops to feed. I think that will/should last 2 days.
3.75 gallons a day ? about 30 chickens. Co-op dont have anything cheap except corn. Their food is more then TSC.

Oh my!

Well, I can think of worst folks to be mixed up with, lol

X2, it could have been done a bit differently ...when we would shave our Jethro we left his head, tail and sometimes some around the feet so he ended up looking like Clydesdale legs

Good job!
Oh, yes, the never-ending trips too the hardware store for nails and screws.....
Yeah , actually i am pretty good on big deck screws but i am out of big nails. I need to figure out what i am going to use for my skylight. It will either be shower doors or a clear plastic panel of some sort. I need that before i start building the roof. Think i will go in and get some supper now. I have been painting.

5 quarts x 6 scoops = 30 quarts = 120 cups.
Means your chickens are eating 2 cups each of feed per day.

I feed 7 cups of feed per day to 8 hens.
But I ferment mine and have zero spill/waste.
