No way i am starting to smoke. Never took one puff, can't stand the smell. My stress level is lower than in FL, but still there. Even driving makes me nervous since that last crash.

I suffer from IBS with constipation. When i take something for it i get cramps , sweats and diarrhea. Gross!

Last crash??? How many you had ? Lately ?

While i was driving, in my lifetime i had 2 crashes total. The first one was when i was making a left turn into a busy gas station. Watching for pedestrians. Then a guy on a motorcycle with no headlight blew through the red light and landed on the hood of my car with his leg trapped between the car and motorcycle. Left turn = my fault. My kids were little, so it must have benn the 90s.
My recent crash was when i was going to a swap on unfamiliar roads. I was driving little back roads and all of a sudden i came around a turn and there was a highway! I missed the stop sign and my truck was t boned. That truck was solid, saved my life .
