Granny's gone and done it again

Not certain if it's cracked, haven't had an xray on it yet. I got the sore ribs from trying to not land on my wrist. Tried to roll, took the fall right to my left breast. Tweaked my right right a little but it's not too bad. Have been wearing a splint on it at night. The left wrist I was wearing my splint when I fell. Had only been out of my cast for 4 days when I tripped & fell again.
Maybe you need a cane to help your balance.

just saying
:lau That's definitely what I need. I know it's my back condition that's causing the stubbling. Not certain if anything can be done about it.

It would be more like restless leg only not just my leg.
If you can, try stretching or walk around when it happens. Try drinking something, maybe some milk (it's vitamin fortified). Massage? I never have figured out how to make my twitchy eye stop. It's embarrassing when people notice.

Oh. I hope it's not a break. Have you ever had your ears checked? Sometimes inner ear problems can cause balance problems.

Do you have spinal stenosis? You can have permanent damage from the constant pressure on the nerves. They have fairly simple procedures to "rotor-rooter" the impacting tissue/bone away so the nerves can do their thing. Might increase your leg control.
