Granny's gone and done it again

I caught Hank and Cow sleeping in the breezeway, so I moved them into the coop. The ducklings heard Cow making a fuss and ran to the door to see him. That was sweet.

DH gave a farm tour yesterday and left all the doors open. the Dutch door was open on the keet side but none flew out. The layer side was open with a shovel wedged in "so they didn't get shut out." Then I reminded him that's why we have a pop door inside the run.

I have had to chase guineas out of the coop with the door wide open. They just sat there!

Tomorrow i need to get as much done as possible because rain is coming Sunday. I think i will start getting the other tarps up and put the roof on. I can do that in one day i figure.

It’s 2.15 here, been up since just before 6. Clocks go back an hour here tonight so an extra hour in bed, not that I will be able to stay there I’m not enjoying all the dark at the moment.
