he has 2 or 3 of those on his bed . he refuses a space heater. Not much more I can do but he aint keeping my gift from Robert either.

What about a mattress pad heater. We have one & it's great to turn it on before we crawl in. The bed is warm when we get in. Normally we shut it down after that unless I'm freezing & can't get warm. Another thing he might try is to take the blanket that is going to be next to his skin when he goes to bed & place it in the dryer for a few minutes to get it warm.

What? That doesn't explain why he wouldn't want his room warmer. Maybe he needs some slippers. Electric socks?
