that wouldnt bother me.I did a C Section on a goat that died while pregnant! It was amazingly easy. Sadly, both kids were dead. I was hoping to save them.

That had to have been disappointing.I did a C Section on a goat that died while pregnant! It was amazingly easy. Sadly, both kids were dead. I was hoping to save them.
Yes, it was sad. They had been dead for a while, probably poisoned her. That had to have been disappointing.

This girl is quite the little pet, so I decided to see if there was some way to save her. Vet was great. He checked her out and I got antibiotics and eye drops for her. After just a few days, the swelling is gone, and the eye is starting to open up. That is sad! I had 2 miscarriages. Bad enough! You had it worse.I was pregnant once after DD was born. I went to a free clinic and they said I was then said I wasnt then was but baby had died. I went 5 months like that. It was horrible knowing your baby was dead in you. They finally gave me a shot to bring it on. They called it a misabort. I always hated that name . Then I went to fertility clinic for a yr or so and was told it would never happen. It was impossible to conceive. Guess I just didnt have the right pusher. 14 yrs later, Talk about a shocker !

I'm surprised you didn't have a raging infection after 5 months. A neighbor's daughter lost a baby at 8 months along. It died from having a knot in the cord that pulled tight. They induced her. Heartbreaking.
