Free pigs may be grown up "teacup" pigs that were cute while little but reality hits when they grow up. Probably potbellies. I would think processing a pig would be a lot of work.

Honestly not that bad about the same as a deer other then the skinning part. And there are great videos on u-tube to walk you thru it.

Yes, some have more or less fat than others.

fat is flavor and you can always trim off what you don't want. Then give that to the chickens.
