Christmas is Swedish meatballs here. I make them ahead of time and then just throw them in a crock pot.

why didnt you just make ham ?

OH and I have an appointment for Martinika it's next Friday at 3:30 pm.
BUT I have to haul her into his place/office which is 4 miles west of Dickinson.

But the time it is all said and done will end up being close to 150/200 miles I will be driving that day. As 2 round trips to the farm. Plus trying to load her into the trailer.

All I have is a 6 horse size , SO do I add a buddy to travel with her ??

Meatballs are traditional. Ham is for Easter lol

Also everyone love them and tbh I think one of my favorite meals of the year as well. Not a whole lot of work on the day of either. Just peeling taters and then some type of "fussy" desert.
