Granny's gone and done it again

SO according to the "turkey experts" you should figure 1 pound of bird per person evidently NONE of my guests have read that. Started with about a 20 lb bird total left overs 1 thigh and 1/2 of the breast, plus a little bit of "pickings" off the bones.
One pound?? Goodness, how much do you all eat? Thanksgiving here is a bit larger than average meal with dessert. Maybe some guests.

Morning Twist, How did dinner go ? Did Sherri choke ?

Good and not nice as She who shall remain nameless was a GREAT help during clean up. I washed all the dishes and she dried every one of them. Little feller was in charge of "putting" the dining room back to normal and then putting away all the china and what not.

well bless her little pea picking heart.

And I only feed 8 people and 3 of those it was their second Thanksgiving dinner
Didn't they pop whilst driving home? That's a LOT of turkey. I think when it was Thanksgiving here I had a 23 lb turkey, 8 people, and most of it got put into the stock pot or bagged for sandwiches.
