Yes, with breakfast. I haven’t been nauseous this week. Sometimes it was all day long. The doc prescribed this one because it has the lowest risks of birth defects, even though I explicitly said I was not planning on being broody anytime soon.

I take mine with my evening meds that way I sleep thru most of the nasty effects
