OH yes it's coming back to me now. BUT you still had a small 60 watt on the polish. Can you "fix" the other with vitamins or at least give some to the older birds so you don't have this issue in the future ??

Not a good start this am. nausea took a pill and fought it for an hr. I won . I think it was a small spell with my heart but not sure. I am starting to feel better now anyway.

Managed to get dressed (sort of ) make it up the stair, read the joke of a sunday paper, and had a cup of coffee. SURE hope some energy shows up soon

not bad little pain in my bicep ?? But I think that's just sore muscle pain from being so tensed up for a few days. Thank you for asking
