Is there a lawyer working with her, or just public defender? I wonder if some statement could be entered into the record to this effect... that she has a serious (or life threatening) health problem. That way, if something does happen, she gets sick in jail, you can threaten to sue them if they don't get help for her.

I am hoping it doesn't come to that. I am having trouble believing that they gave the children back only to toss her in jail and disrupt the kids' lives again. Crazy. It doesn't make any sense.

PD and DD says he sucks. Prosecutor asking for time and PD asking for probation. I actually did include that in my letter. with her crohns and no access to medical specialist I feared for her life. That she was in fact in a flair right now

she waited 3 days after asking to see a nurse when she was in jail only to be told she was having opiod withdrawals. She wasnt even on them.
