I bet pigs feet and chicken feet would make good broth but I couldnt use them for Robert. No way he would drink that. Not sure I would either.
Chicken feet are really good for broth. Very little fat and lots of connective tissue.

Not if the bones weren't cut. And there isn't much, if any marrow in rib bones. Most marrow is in long bones, like arms and legs. I've seen it served in restaurants... spread it on bread, like butter! It turns into jelly when baked. Sometimes bones are cut into rounds, sometimes the long way.

That looks nasty. So I didnt buy the right bones again to make it jell ?
