yesthe top left hand bone the pinkish stuff in the middle/center of the bone is marrow I do believe.
Chicken feet are really good for broth. Very little fat and lots of connective tissue.I bet pigs feet and chicken feet would make good broth but I couldnt use them for Robert. No way he would drink that. Not sure I would either.

Not if the bones weren't cut. And there isn't much, if any marrow in rib bones. Most marrow is in long bones, like arms and legs. I've seen it served in restaurants... spread it on bread, like butter! It turns into jelly when baked. Sometimes bones are cut into rounds, sometimes the long way.But anyway, I thought the marrow came out of the bones . Mine hasnt
