These are my weeknesses, if only I didn't know how to bake, lol.
3 loaves of banana w/walnut & 2 loaves artisian bread.

Made another batch of pickled eggs using fresh eggs from today & yesterday. Out of 15 eggs only lost 2 to poor peeling. The instant pot has made all the difference. Still would recommend waiting like 5 days before cooking them. They peeled, but it was a tedious project. Crazy fact, colored eggs & white eggs peel so much easier than brown eggs. In fact the darker the brown the harder they peel.

yep then almost had to change my shirt from all the drool over that wonderful looking food and bread.
Thank you, dinner was very good, bread was to die for & is something you could whip up for yourself so easily. It is a no kneed bread, you put your water, yeast, salt & flour in the mixer, mix just until it is blended. Pour into 6 qrt container with lid. Leave on the counter for 2 hrs, then refrigerate up to 7 days. You can pull out a glob on any one of those days. Form into a ball on a floured surface, put on sheet pan that is dusted with vormeal & then let rise for about a hour & a half. It won't get high like normal bread, it just expands. Preheat oven to 450° place sheet pan with dough that is covered with an inverted cake pan in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes. The inverted cake pan causes the bread to steam, creating the air pockets & chewy crust. Last 5 minutes or so I remove the bread pan so the crust can brown.
