Yep, id. Usually a number but I’ve seen some that they write on.

IYAK sends tags with the number's burned in and I use the write on ones but the writing with a paint stick doesn't last. Thinking about assigning a color to each cow and then can tags the calves with same color so I know who is who until the "official tags" show up

I realized today what I Don't Like about spring being here. It's that time of year that from the minute I get out of bed until 10:00 pm I'm running to get everything done in a day. Doesn't leave me much BYC time Not going to hang around tonight, have been battling a sinus headache & my eyes hurting tonight. Hopefully I can have a little a.m. time tomorrow to chat. We grade on the 0-100 scale so It need to have some Gaussian distribution, so it is better to throw them on a Staircase with 10 steps so I could get a normal distribution .......
I don't work hard but I work intensive and affective !
