Yup, I've been rechecking all my reservations. Got a notice that there will be extra security at the airport and to get there early, so that means the 4:45 bus. Poor hubs ain't gonna like that!

It’s funny she was a virtual friend. I met her by listening to health radio programs over the years. Finally figured out she lived in mokelumne hill. One hour from me. I got her phone number and we started chatting. I did drive up and get raw goat milk from her in Jan. She was having major bowel problems and was fasting. She finally went for a scan and she had a lot of cancer in her. The lady had many health challenges over the years. She was fine person. Always willing to help other out in their quest for health. She refused chemo and wanted to do her her way. I think she was so thin that between the fasting and her weight , her body just gave up. She knew she was dying but was at peace with it all.

I do too, especially about when the flight home is... I always miss it in my dreams.

That's too bad about your friend. Sounds like she passed on her own terms.

I'm not sure. Have not heard of any alerts and can't remember the actual wording of the email. Could be it is just a busy time with lots more passengers than normal. I know 4th of July travel was the busiest time for the airport.

Don’t you Have health care through your employer? And I thought Obamacare first fixed all that.

Ha. Past open enrollment when hubs switched jobs...and having to pay ridiculous sums of cash for coverage for the year when i can wait a month and get on hubs’...generally makes more sense. The healthcare offered through my work though would either be about...oh gosh I’ve done the math on everyone else’s but I can’t remember for my age bracket. Easily 50-75/paycheck (we get paid weekly) or less if I want to cross the border to Mexico for treatment. (I honestly have no idea HOW that works and is ACA compliant but....that’s how my work got around the “affordability” clause.

See here’s the uncertainty. I’m not sure if old work took him off the insurance yet - we’ve had no offers of cobra or anything but the last thing I want to do is go somewhere thinking I’m covered then get dinged with bills after the fact.

Bah. I’ll just keep calm and continue on and book with the doc as soon as I have a doc. Find out is it a) a pregnancy that’s not showing up on the home tests for whatever reason, b) some delayed birth control fudgery or c) what the heck body something ain’t right. Til then, keep taking the vitamins avoiding the alcohol and easy on the caffeine.
