I thought I got shot, so my first instinct was to dive down by my car.. I had just showered after mowing the lawn.. Got dressed and was on my way out.. The whole right side of my face is swollen, it got me right by the outside corner of my right eye, just below the end of my eye brow.. It was a good size wasp, the front of the body was a dark reddish and the back half black.. I found their nest (hive?), right underside of the top of my garage door.. Tho I had Eliminator wasp & hornet killer, I grabbed my shotgun first, I would of made a mess of my garage door, but I was mad enough; so I took the spray can and empty the whole thing all over the place.. I’ll be looking out for the lit fckrs, I’ll make sure they don’t come back.. From this day on I’m declaring war on all wasps, hornets and bees..

I picked up a dead one, here it is..

We had those wasps in TN. Did you take some Benadyl? Get it now, your throat could close up! Stat!

I got the last 3 bags of game bird flight they had in stock. Now if it will stop raining i can unload the truck. The weather looks good for tomorrow morning. Must go get swap ready.

Chris, just a wasp. Cap is right about the benadryl . especially on the face. Your camera takes good pictures. Lets see your face.

Ok gang, gotta go to ER, my right is completely shut, the swelling goes down to my neck.. I'm worried about my other eye getting swollen also, or maybe even my throat.. I do get hives bad, and one time my throat was swollen, good thing I got to ER on time, I was having trouble getting air to my lungs..
