It could also be from cutting the nail... pressure on the toe is different now and it can hurt until you get used to it.

Yeah, the one in my profile pic. She’s so tiny. Half the size of the other 2. She’s so calm and sweet. Sat on my lap and let me cut her toe nails. Just cuddled right up.

She looks part Netherland dwarf, but they aren't usually cuddly.

I lost Lazerous today. Down to 4 free ranging roosters. They are having the time of their life . Well, til they aint no more.

They have quality days over quantity. Good trade off, I think.

Hurt before I ever cut them. feels like center of big toe. LOL It really hurts ! I wont swear he didnt step on me but if he did I forgive him.
