Isn’t that crazy? Maybe you do need some rock in that coop lolThats what I need for one run. The other not 5 ft. away never floods. Go figure. LOL
Bales of hay is expensive and hard to find here. I just happened to grab the grass because all the rain made it where we couldn’t mow for like 2 weeks. Usually there’s not enough left over.I use hay for the chickens and guineas, and cut grass or sand in the quail nest boxes.
I have . You wouldnt believe all I have put in there. Never removed and its still lower then surrounding yard after all these yrs. I add peat, Tons of shavings, lime, gravel, drainage tubes. Still flooded oh, and straw a few timesIsn’t that crazy? Maybe you do need some rock in that coop lol
sweet dreams.Well I’m going to bed, gotta try to beat the rain tomorrow so I can get everyone fed and watered. I go back to work on Wednesday so I really get to get stuff done but I think the rain is stopping most of the projects. Good night all and sweet dreams!
