Im on a hill but It has to be flooded other places .Wow, it sounds like quite a storm. You won’t flood will you?
Yes, all too often we mistake hunger for love.yes, they are still here and are much more friendly to me. Like Campings signature. A hungry chicken.......
You aren't helping my grass envy!! All grass turned brown here months ago. The chickens have been picking at it all summer, now there is more dirt showing than dead grass. Not even enough grass to be crunchy.I pull grass roots and all from our gravel driveway daily and feed it to the chickens. Every day there is more. I also seeded a stretch of ground in front of the first chicken coop, as well as behind it. The stuff behind grew for a while but it looked like deer were bedding down in it. It is very shady back there and after it grew about 6" , it all died. The stuff in front has clover seed mixed in, i am hoping it will live because its a bit sunnier there. I also bought grass seed for shady areas.
It must be a blast to see them grow up. All the joy without the sleepless nights. Those 4 am feedings. yawnI am blessed that my GK S live so close.
I second that! Just forgot to post it.pretty avatar pup H20
I can't tell from the picture. Are you covering the green with white? I know you were talking about it before, but no way my poor old brain can remember details like that. Heck, I can barely remember why I walk into a room sometimes. Here is the tub so far...
