tater soup ? I made soup today w/ taters
Nope, I think thats northern beans and ham. Looks better then what I had.

It was tater soup lol. Super ambitious tater soup. Fry up a few pieces of bacon in the pot, reserve some splatter, do the rest of the bacon in the oven cause ain’t nobody got time for that, add in a bunch of taters sliced into chunks, diced onion and veggie broth. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer til the taters are soft. Grab a potato masher and mash away. Add sour cream and milk and some cheese. Mix together. Add crumbled bacon. Voila. Top mine and only mine with green onion cause hubs is a freak and doesn’t like it lol.

I agree and I have milked a cow NOT a Yak type but dairy type.

Looks good to me. sounds even better and so not easy. Pealing taters is hard work.
