Granny's gone and done it again

How is Bubba ? I seen on my FB a pic of Tom w/ rash that I suspected to be scarlet fever but I got bumped off before I had a chance to read the comment.

I think he’s fine. Energetic. Rash hasn’t changed, DH thinks it’s dry skin. It’s worse in his underwear areas, so I’ll let bubba lotion himself up tonight. Yesterday he said his legs were itching and he asked for lotion. Do you remember his bad excess flair at Christmas last year? This year I remembered to bring the lotion with me.

I am going to work on this wall hanging for a while. Bbl.

Don’t stress your shoulder

Today we went to an Amish general store, a creamery (cheese store) and a candy shop! We had cheese and crackers (and olives and dates) because we accidentally skipped lunch.

Yum, that candy looks good.

That is one serious chunk of cheese. Wonder how big is the cracker that goes with it.
Hello Attimus, good to meet you. Read a lot of your posts while I was lurking around before I became a member. Been wondering whatever became of the guy that did all the cooking but I couldn't remember your name. After joining up I kinda gravitated towards Granny's. Not sure how great an addition I am. Lol

Hey pert, this is the place for you.
please tell me I am reading this wrong ? Today at 3:00 PMPost #18 of 19

What is wrong with some people. Of corse chickens like fruits and vegetables. What do you think they ate before purina layer pellets. Every living creature needs food that is alive.

Its my right arm that does the quilting. No worries.

Hey y’all :frow I made it home awhile ago but then popped over to my grandmas to drop some things off for thanksgiving and get a couple pictures.

Going to try to make something for my grandma for Christmas so needed these pics. These are her parents. I never knew them because they passed away way before I was born. But I’ve been thinking about them lately.

Actually it wasn’t that bad. We didn’t go to stores with electronics which is where the crazies are. The stores we went to were a little stuffy but didn’t have huge lines.

the "crazies" are everywhere on Black Friday.

Nope even closed not being opened at all, after 4 hours you risk food poisoning. If you want google how long is food safe in a refrigerator without power. The answer you will get is about 4 hours. We went without power for 58 hours and no amount of NOT opening was going to save the food inside.

Leaving food on a counter to defrost is not safe food handling practice.Defrosting in the fridge or in cold water, but never on the counter. My mom did that until she sent us all to the ER. I would rather toss food that I am not comfortable serving to my family than risk anybody getting ill or dying.

I would have feed it all my to my chickens. At least then not a total write off.

Morning all, 10 glorious hours of sleep . Only up once ( I think) to potty . Seems like a distant memory .
I hope Ca. gets the rain its calling for. If not I will break down and do my Indian dance for you. Its been a few yrs but I do remember how. HOW . LOL

just remember to pick up your breasts so you don't trample them into the dirt
