Leyland Cypress. We didn’t know until I looked it up just now We walked acres and acres of trees. DD wanted a “blue ice.” I’m the only one who wanted pine.

His nerve was seriously pinched... loss of feeling in some of his fingers on one side. It was from swelling rather than a bulging or ruptured disc or whatever... he can't remember either. He was in a lot of pain. No relief in any position, not sleeping, got depressed. It was bad.

I can tell you from first hand experience that it is no fun.

I thought that was a leyland cyprus I planted 15 of them suckers and every single one died !

Not broken. He was lifting extremely heavy loads in a wheelbarrow. Disc right where the shoulders connect in was messed up after hours of this.

I planted 3 of them . I have not been back to look at them.

I like the tree. The “leaves” are more like succulents or fern fronds than needles. They’re allegedly hypoallergenic, but I guess that’s just for airborne because I still broke out all over where I touched the tree.

poor guy. So glad he healed. Tom has a ton of those in his neck and spine. Says it feels like someone hitting him w/ a baseball bat.

Yes, nerve pain is terrible. My left thumb is numb.
