Whats a restart ?
Morning all.

He has to sit for a 10-hour break and then another 24 hours to get his driving hours back. He gets so many hours a day to drive but also has an 8 day total. He is over 8 days out and does not have a full day of hours to drive. Doing the restart gets him back to a full driving shift instead of 4 hours today, 5 tomorrow,
