Granny's gone and done it again

well I got 7 solid hours of sleep last night. :wee And woke up to over 2 inches of snow on the ground. Sigh I wanted a white Christmas now the snow can go away until next Christmas season. BUT at least if it is snowing means the temps aren't to bad as far as utilities go.

Was grazing thru the fridge yesterday and realized the amount of mash taters we went thru on The 24th, boggles the mind. 8 quarts packed full and I mean full of smallish diced raw taters. I then mashed with hot cream and a couple/3 sticks of melted butter. Left overs = under 4 cups. AND there ended up being just Little feller, Earlene, Rod , Robert and myself. I have some BIG eaters here .

Erv , guy who was born and raised on the farm/ranch I have now found some more hay, he reserved me 10 more bales @60.00 each :celebrate:yesss: Not sure when we are hauling it. He was looking for a "bale wagon" evidently my car trailer with a 3 bale load is to slow for him. Which truth be told is true BUT the trailer is paid for and works.

Goodmorning all. Hope everyone had a good Christmas. I spent time with the kids and grandkids.
My daughter has rethought her views on allowing gifts for her kids but I didn't find out about it until 8:00 pm Christmas eve when she said her sil was coming over with the kids gifts.:barnie
I want to thank everyone for the pretty cards. I bought cards to send out but I can't address them because of my shaky hands. The girls were going to get it done but they're bigger procrastinators than myself. I may end up sending out my Christmas cards with Easter seals.:)
