I have been down to a pak a day since last Friday which is like a week and a 1/2 before I needed/wanted to. The e-cig really is helping and no tar in those either.

they still have all the other stuff ? Is it like holding a regular smoke or??

ya ya ya, yalls a bunch of nags. No, I went from 6 cartons all of a sudden to 7 for the past couple months so I have just been trying to slow down a little.

well you have been under a LOT of stress the past couple months , I totally understand the smoking more.

LOL Nope . Matter of fact for the past 2 weeks I have been bringing 2 packs out of my room and making them do me. baby steps

I was wondering if those really helped. I have heard some people say they used them to eventually quit altogether. Helping to cut back is great if it reduces the tar.

I have one that recharges on the computer. Well, I did have. Dont know if I still do or not. It was heavier then a smoke and blew out steam or vapor. It cost $5.99 and was supposed to be able to change the cartridge I think for the "fix" . I snuck it into the hospital.

Was getting caught up. Then that freaking va ad started showing up. Sod off VA. I don’t want to work for you and I hate that your ad keeps CRASHING MY BYC!!! Gahhhhh!!!

Sickly red got some lovins today. I went down to give the chickens some free range time after work and out she waddles as well for some scratch. So I held out the scoop for the rest of the flock and was hand feeding her handfuls. Nothing wrong with her appetite that’s for sure!! She wasn’t roosting though when I tucked them in though - she was on top of the nesting boxes instead of on a perch.

In other news - I ordered a chicken saddle off amazon. Poor Buffy. She’s looking rather ragged. But if you think about it - she and Bucky are the only ones under four. (Though Bucky does fertilize ALL THE EGGS...) I was hoping her feathers would grow back after we got rid of BBC but...
