Granny's gone and done it again

I think it's a fallacy that everyone blames spiders for all those mysterious bites. Spiders are predators. They stalk or capture specific prey and eat it. They don't just go around chomping huge creatures for the hell of it. Waste of their time and very dangerous for them. Not a good survival strategy. However, there are mountains of other bugs around that do not hunt prey the same size as themselves, but rather go after much larger prey, like humans or bison. And how do they do it? They bite through the skin of the poor huge creature. Most of the time, I don't think it's spiders. They get the blame for everything. (Like some presidents I know of!)

Hope for his sake it's not too windy then.

wind gusts in the upper 30's steady in the upper teens to low 20's VERY exhausting just trying to stand let alone get anything accomplished

evening all. GOT the rodeo grounds version 3 finished other then a second gate that I really don't have to have so no hurry on that. ONE of the now yearlings managed to rip the electric fence charger off the post and drug it into the middle of the grazing area. Only reason I found it was one of the 3 wires was still attached to the charger. :th

I took the pups outside for a bit today, they were very "unsure" about the experience for most of the time BUT it was a great way to tire them out.

Lu is doing something I have never had one of my mother dogs do. She is bringing the pizza crusts back and trying to get the pups to eat them. She did that with the steak bone on thurs BUT I just thought she wanted to eat it in peace and nurse the pups at the same time. I picked up a Little Ceasers pizza last night. to pooped to cook.

sigh mine are. At least splashing and playing in mud puddles. OH and torking the yaks off by swimming in the water trough when the yaks want a drink.
maybe I just have broken ducks. They stick their bills in puddles but walk around them.
