She did well, slept until 7! Then went out and I napped again when she came back in.

I always used WELL washed chicken grit for all of my tanks. Cheap and natural at least it was WAY back then.

River rock from Lowes is cheap.

Sorry your hurting Cap. I was so miserable last night. I took an extra PP . It was the only think taking the edge off and they were only lasting 4 hrs. It did allow me to go to sleep and they normally wont let me sleep.
