Ugh. Oh my gosh. Southern California weather has gone FULL ALBERTA.

When I left this morning it was supposed to be hot and sunny. Peach and bitties were left outside in the yard.

SUDDEN THUNDERSTORM OF FREAKING DOOM

...so now I’m asking my friend (who also has chickens) if by the time she’s got her kid from the school pick up line if the storm is still raging if she can let peach inside for me.

She told me it might be an hour.

AN HOUR YALL. TO PICK UP HER CHILD. WHAT THE FUDGSICLES SCHOOL PICK UP LINES AMERICA WHAT IS THIS.

I could try texting another neighbor but I don’t think peach would leave our property and as much as I love my neighbors and all I don’t want to give them code for the door.

She should be fine. Is she scared of thinder?

When we were in Alberta thunderstorms were no big thing. Which is crazy cause we would get INSANE ones. Down here...she’s not a fan. And they’re baby storms. So weird. But hubs is home with her now. She’s dry and fine. Got another hour to kill before my wax appointment - had to return some stuff at old navy and now just having some din dins at Panera. Yum

Yes, Farmville is Saturday. I have 7 quail sold for $10 each, quail eggs spoken for $15 /dozen . Buying 3 rabbits...
