I know you have a lot of experince w/ this but isnt 3 young to butcher ?

not for me. and I needed to make some room for this years pullets and cut down on the feed bill thru "slacker" removal.

haven't had bacon but once this year and that grease was used to fry the onions and stuff for a frattia. ONLY a pound of it.

Ohh Thats ok. Sorry you havent had any. Cant live w/o bacon. I still have half a tub left

well when there are 100 to 125 + hens and we aren't getting 3 dozen eggs a day. SOMETHING has to give.
