Granny just trying not to get depressed with stuff so I am keeping busy so I get behind on this thread and iit takes a whhile to get cought up...

Granny I am warped right now, twist do you have many long term renters at the motel? and do they ever come around to rent the apartments or not?

I think currently there are 15 rooms that I rent by the week or month. Some are full kitchens and some just have a fridge and microwave. Currently they are all full. (Thank the Lord)

Granny can you have him admitted to a rehab unit in the hospital or nursing home for a while to get so he can walk with a cane or walker and come home (with insurance picking up the tab?)'




Happens in Indiana all the time for the old fashioned root beer stand version and a few restaurant (Braizer) versions, of course there may be an exception or two now and then that stay open in the carhop looking version (likely they have enough drive up or walk up business that they can reduce hours from like 10 or 11 am to 9pm to midnight to closing at 4-7 pm closer and sometimes open as late as 2 to 4 pm)

on a down side Had someone break open my storage unit in front of my apartment. they only stole my bowling ball, not enough to waste the cops time calling it in... and they somehow got past the dead bolt on the door without breaking it or the door frame lock or door...

Question Cap do you have many long term rentals in the motel? if so are many possible candidates for the apartments when they open up or not?

Twist has the motel. I just have rabbits and turkeys , quail, and chickens.

I try to remember to "get decent" and open my bblinds, sometimes I get lazy and it's down hill from there....

I have one OLD gentleman who has been here since 2006, Retired navy in his 80's and a number of others have been here a couple years.
