Well. My sister’s house sold. Not even a week on the market. Wow.
She’ll be moving in with the parents end of February and bankrolling/looking for a new place in a neighboring town.

If you own a house in San Francisco, you HAVE to pay for garbage collection, even if you don't need it (maybe you use the garbage at your business or something). So home owners HAVE to pay for garbage collection, but homeless can sleep on the sidewalks and and allowed to toilet wherever they want.

Same here in Stockton. We have to have garbage service.
