sold another 10 boxes of eggs yesterday. I am about out, the hens need to quit slacking. 3 dozen eggs a day for a 100 plus hens isn't cutting it.

We were over 50* yesterday so maybe a good lay today.

LOL what he is , is bored out of his mind, no animals to take care of or a reason to get out of bed. NOT healthy for someone who has been VERY busy for 75 plus years of his life.

maybe 10 bucks worth of hay, I got 1700 pound bales for 65 buck and they might be eating 4 to 8 pounds of hay a day.

hay cost is about 4 cents a pound IF I am mathing correctly. 65.00 divided by 1700 = .038
