My Dad's funeral was 6 years ago today. I am glad he is in a better place and no longer suffering pain.

Im sorry, It dont go away does it. It is different after time but I cant say it gets easier. At least, it hasnt for me.

I still regret not being there after his surgery. But we were packing to move.

We all have those regrets . Mine was not allowing Robert to go spend the weekend w/ him so he went out drinking. He was found by a little boy on the sidewalk where he had fell.

Cooler, nicer day today. The reptiles are running rampant! Spike found the second gopher snake in 3 days. Under the grapefruit tree... which is vibrating with the humming of bees.

Looks like it has an old injury. Mower maybe.

Yes. Fried is the only way! Very popular in Hawaii. Guess with all that sweating in the humidity it's a good way to replenish their salt!
