My DGD is addicted to them. DGS prefers dates and raisins, so we always have dried fruit around. Candy, never. These are their treats.

I have got rid of 9 bulls (sold 4) and traded 5 for the new girls, since Jan, and then had 3 cows and Porter offer themselves to the great yak god in the sky in the past year. AND only added the 2 new girls, Polka and Twisty.

13 cows/heifers in main herd (big pasture) and the 2 bulls and then so far just 7 calves.

only 4 down in the current sorority paddock. Sue, Mein, Annie, and equinox/solstace

just 2 years and to small to breed in my opinion plus she seems to be heling tame down the rest of the calves. I might breed her when she's 3 to calve when she's 4. AND could still get about 20 calves out of her.

yeppers. and not counting calves have the golden bull, lizzie borden, annie and solstice for sale. Might manage to talk that gal interested in the bull to take the whole group haven't decided what to ask as a "package deal"
