I have a few more cuttings sitting in buckets, hoping they take root. Wonder how I could mail one... I don't know what color it is until the original one blooms. My big pretty one died this year. I wish I knew why. I have tons of the old fashion ones around the property line but this was a fav. in the middle of the yard.

We are in one of the best areas, air quality wise. The coast would be good, but don't want to take a chance of getting caught up in all the road closures or if they call a new evacuation. You can get caught in traffic for hours. Can you go out for the day where there might be some fresh air to breath?

Also, there is another weather system coming up across this part of the state... there's a chance for more dry lightening. The new alert started at 5 this morning and lasts for a day or two. The last lightening episode had 12,000 ground strikes sparking more than 560 fires over a huge area of the state.
We don't need a repeat!
I've had impatients plant themselves in the oddest places.. dropping flowers have a tendency to grow here.Very pretty. Your begonias come back? They are annuls here. Those impatients too.
