I had a very nice Chihuahua, he would come to people and sit on their lap if they called him. I socialized them a lot. The chihuahua my brother had was a devil because he was always teasing it.Yes but things don’t get all matted up in it, no need to go to a groomers on a regular basis, etc.

See that seems to be the issue. There’s no in-between - they’re either loves or neurotic and if the dog isn’t properly trained/socialized/handled or bred with a few screws loose yes that is a huge problem. But aggression issues happen in a lot of dogs too. Sheps were the aggressive ones back in the day. Dobermans. Rottweilers.
But I think we can all agree - chihuahuas are the freaking devil lol.
