Power is back on!

Granny, winding narrow roads, too many people driving too fast... all power lines are above ground, big trees galore... car accidents and tree branches in the wind are often to blame for outages, and I think equipment and connections just wear out sometimes.

High winds are expected Wed and Thurs which means potential planned power shut downs to prevent fires. So far we are not on the list for that. Fingers crossed!

And yet. Let’s mandate electric cars for all...eye roll.

Maybe some day I can video that section of road and show you.

You don't "process" the bulls until they are between 3 and 4, IF you "neuter' them expect a DRASTIC size/weight reduction in the steer.

A friend of mine sent a 4 year old steer and his 3 year old FULL brother to be processed and the Steer weighed between 3 and 400 pounds less. ONLY thing different was the removal of the "marbles"

Probably why so many breeders now are urging you to wait to slay/neuter. I’m being told between 1-2 and the later the better.

Did I tell yall I bought Tom some shrimp? He cant stop looking for them. He stares at this tank for hrs. Yup, I bought him 7 ghost shrimp ! Bahahaaa they were 27 cents each and one was pregnant.

I have been trying to get more ghost shrimp for our tank for a while now!!!

What about olive oil? Aren't coconut and avocado vegetables? Well, Wait. Coconut is a nut and avocado is a fruit. Okay, hmmm. Olive is a fruit, is olive oil okay? Pardon me for thinking out loud, it's how my brain works.

Phew yeah it was a gong show getting everything prepped for the trip. The flop ear is too cute.
Today is a groc shop and touristy type of day. Didn’t have time to do that before the trip. Oops.

Just got off the phone with brother, he has booked/reserved seats to get into Dickinson on Sunday night. Currently there are 11 (he booked #9) open seats from Denver to Dickinson, its getting from Houston to Denver that's "tricky" I guess.

He flies for free as long as the seat is vacant.

Then we will head up for the funeral on Monday.

I need to get some flowers ordered just in case.
