Aside from some slight concern when hubs first fired up the motorhome, he’s doing fantastic. He’s just on the sofa now for loading up purposes - he’ll either be on my lap or in his crate for the actual traveling. View attachment 2384261

Truck is unloaded of feed, mule has tools out and feed in. Barrels cleaned out, crates cleaned out for use tonight. Need to make a list of birds to take.

Well, looks like winter has come even to Texas. Forty six degrees right now with winds making it feel like 40 degrees. Back up to 86 on Sunday then dropping back to 40 again for a few days starting Tuesday. Good way to get a body sick and everyone thinking you have the plaque.

I got all the equipment except chicken feed and cages with chickens in them loaded into the truck.
I will probably catch most of them in the morning since they are young and need to stay warm.
