And as the sun was setting, I started working on the fence for the goats, at the other end.

Good luck! Last one I killed, I used my truck. It wasn't there one minute, and the next minute it was! Here in North East Missouri also, @BigBlueHen53. Funny how that happens this time of the year.
Tomorrow is opening day of deer hunting/rifle. Think if it ain't pouring buckets of rain I'll mosey out to the timber and see if I can't murder me a Bambi!
Don't get me wrong, I love deer, they are especially good when roasted and served with garlic and butter sauce....![]()
You give me hope. I have never been able todo it.I just can't believe you can't extinguish a bad habit after a year! At one year, thd dog is still a puppy! I've helped dogs that got in the trash, jumped on people, ate kitty litter, chewed tv remotes, even killed chickens, WAY older than a year old! Sammy, at 16 months old, was a spinner. He just had so much pent-up, unreleased and undirected energy, he spun in circles like a dervish, like when he was waiting for a door to be opened. Now he can sit and wait, or even just stand. He used to require someone to constantly throw a ball for him. Now he can lie quietly if no one wants to play with him. He was a crazy barker att every little noise. Now he can bark a few times and stop when he's told "enough." I don't think training ever stops.
How cute!Squeeeee! He's adorable! Hugs and smoochies from Aunt Stephanie!
I absolutely love polish! Yours are beautiful! May I ask what pattern that is called? My young grow out polish pullets. They like sitting like bumps on a log!
